WONDERFUL Service..and even more important you have VERY thoughtful people who have answered my questions and/or provided the information I requested. On more than one occassion, your personnel have gone the extra mile for me (without me asking) so I could have a more meaningful and helpful answer!! Please make sure your researchers know how appreciated they are!! LOVE YOUR SERVICE – it saves me so much time and money (not having to use gas,etc) and it has resources that I don’t have available at my local library! LOVE IT!!!
